Paradigm institute of Business and media studies is a skilled training institution in areas of Business, media and Vocational. It was established in 2011 by Paradigm Consult Uganda Limited.

The institute is located in kagadi district, Bunyoro sub region, mid-western Uganda. Looking at skills gap in the region and Uganda at large, a team of educationalist conceived the idea of starting up a facility that would save the ever increasing youth.

The cultural and socio-economic situation can only be improved by providing functional skills for the region.
